‘The Walking Dead’ Recap: Who is Eaten Alive?

Father Gabriel, who hasn’t had much to do on The Walking Dead since the group arrived in Alexandria, has already found himself a new place to preach, and even has parishioners leaving him a kind note and some fresh strawberries. However, he’s appeared to have lost his faith since, at the top of this episode, titled “Spend,” he chooses to rip the back half of a Bible to shreds (the Book of Revelations, perhaps?)

At the end of the episode, Gabriel goes to see Deanna and tells her that while he’s grateful to be there, she made a mistake letting them all in because Rick’s group “are not good people” and they’ll destroy everything they’re working so hard to build.
